We represented several tour operators in litigation post-Hurricane Sandy against hotel operators, leading to favorable settlements and avoiding significant litigation costs.

On behalf of a French-based conglomerate, we obtained a large default judgment against a New York manufacturing exporter in the New York Federal Court.

We successfully negotiated retirement packages for several consular employees located in New York.

As co-counsel to a Florida firm, we defended a manufacturing company against commission income claims by local New York agents.
