Commercial Litigation
OVERVIEW
Business disputes distract owners, no matter the size of the enterprise. Whether you are a sole proprietor, small business or a larger entity, you should expect your legal counsel to offer an effective and rapid path to resolve those disputes, while ensuring the least amount of disruption to your day-to-day operations.
Rather than applying a one-size fits all litigation solution, our firm has significant experience in tailoring a customized legal team, using our of counsel relationships who are experts in their respective fields. Our commercial litigation approach provides our clients with a comprehensive range of high-quality services at a competitive cost.
Our tailored approach allows us to offer coverage on the state and federal levels, and in private forums across the United States. We have handled complex and routine litigation at the trial level and appeals forums.
Our diverse clients range from individuals to manufacturers, law firms, accounting firms, and health care providers. The breadth of our experience involves litigation of commercial contracts, agency contracts, directors/officer’s liability, shareholder disputes, and labor law issues.
