OVERVIEW
Within our corporate and transactional practice, we advise clients, ranging from family or small businesses to brand new start-ups, in all stages of the business cycle. We handle business formation, financing, structuring acquisitions and lending agreements, end-stage planning and exit strategies, as well as estate planning for business owners.
Our firm can assist with selecting the optimized structure for your business, organize joint ventures, mergers, acquisitions, and the formation of subsidiaries. We review and negotiate contracts, leases, licensing agreements, stock and assets transactions, and draft various agreements tailored to our clients’ needs. Additionally, we handle due diligence in acquisition and sale of businesses to provide clients with a review of ways to minimize and mitigate risk from the purchase, as well as local, state and federal tax issues.
