RECENT Matters
Over the past nine years, we have represented the Holocaust Art Restitution Project, a not-for-profit group based in Washington, DC, dedicated to the identification and restitution of artworks looted during armed conflicts. Our representation included all aspects of corporate life, from informational tax filings, corporate reorganization and compliance issues.
Over the past three years, we have represented the Institute for Cultural Restitution, Inc., a not-for-profit group based in Oklahoma City, OK, also dedicated to identification and restitution of artworks looted during armed conflicts. We assisted ICR in all aspects of not-for-profit compliance as well.
We recently represented school and veteran foundations incorporated in New York in all aspects of compliance issues arising from their fundraising activities.
Between 2017 and 2019, we represented the Bitcoin Foundation across a wide range of compliance matters involving their not-for-profit status.
